TOFU – Gluten FREE (Contains SOY)

Tofu or bean curd is a food made by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks. Tofu contains a low amount of calories.


QUINOA – Gluten FREE

Quinoa isn't really a grain it's the seed of a plant that's related to spinach. High in protein and fiber, quinoa [KEEN-wah] is not only versatile; it also tastes wonderful and has a nice crunch. The new SUPER food!
